Employer letter for H4 revalidation????

I got my H4 extension and now I am sending my passport to St. Loius for revalidation.

1. Is employer letter req for H4 revalidation?

2. Any other important new changes to this procedure.

3. Anything in particular I should specify in my cover letter. I will be writting my husbands' company details and salary details.

1. Is employer letter req for H4 revalidation?
------ It is good that if your spouse employer gives a letter that your spouse is working on H1b status writes his skills, job title and make request that his/her spouse (your name) name H4 Visa should be issued. That way they will have proof that your spouse is on H1 status and working
2. Any other important new changes to this procedure.
------ Send the prepaid FedEx envelope for passport return and write
FROM: your name your address, TO, your name your address
3. Anything in particular I should specify in my cover letter. I will be writing my husbands' company details and salary details.
----- If your husband company letter is attached just mention what is attached on cover letter, don’t forget to attach your marriage certificate.
