Employer in NJ, Working in TX, Need New LCA?

Hi,

My wife's employer is located in NJ and She works in TX. Should an LCA be filed for TX or is NJ LCA sufficient? Because I think LCA is dependent on state where you work. I was of opinion that the LCA should be filed.

Her employer says that to file an LCA there have to be a companies branch in TX is that true? Is that required? I have never come across this comment.

Please advice on this and any links for more info if available.

Does she work in TX all the time or will go to the other State? What employment location was listed in the LCA?
 
Isn’t it better doing nothing but may change it at the time of filing the extension?
