HI
I am working on a project for Pvt Company as a consultant through company 'B' and this project continues for another 6 months. My employer is company 'A' who is GC sponsoring company. I decided to join company 'B' which is a big company and who helped me in resolving some of the issues with company 'A'. The company 'B' is asking me to Join Company 'C' which is a group of company of 'B'. Company 'C' started in early 2000 and they are filing their taxes regularly but as of today it has only 5 employees working for this company on projects. I am scared to join Company 'C' because it financial strength but their HR says it should not be problem.

My question is, if I join Company 'C' and file AC 21,

1. Is BCIS checks financial strength of Company 'C' before it clears my GC?
2. or Is it better to join company 'B' only?

Your advice will be appreciated, I request all Please advise me ASAP.

Financial strength is not a problem. If all the employees were paid from 2000 I dont see why BCIS will question the financial strength. If a paystub is missed then there is cause for financial strength.
You have to decide whether job in B is stable or C is stable. Stability in the company you are joining should be the deciding factor and not the lure of big money if you are keen on getting the GC. My opinion.

Pay stubs requirement

Thanks a Lot JAXEN. This is great news to me.

If I miss the Pay stubs in between the company switchover, is that will be problem in my GC processing? i.e., Do I need continues pay stubs till I get GC?

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
