Employer filed bankrupcy

My employer filed I140 and I485 last year, so both applications are pending. The employer is about to file bankrupcy. What are the chances of my I140 be approved when it's processed (around November 2004)?
Do I need to withdraw the current application?

Can I start a new GC application with a new employer and still keep the current one?

Can I still use the I485 in case the I140 is approved?

I've received an offer with a new employer, which has branches all over the US. Which service center is the fastest nowadays?

I'm afraid I'll lose all the time I've spent on the GC application - About 3 years!!! Please help!

Call my office. Dial extension 102 for Rena Day. Ask her to put you through to me. No charge, of course.
