Employer chnges coorporate name and fed ID #

Hi,

Employer decided to change their coorporate name and Fed ID #, ownership remains the same.
Our I140 is still pending. Do you thihk this fact will create any complications for us or it just a formality?

Your employer should send a letter to USCIS explaining the change.
