Employer Change and travel

I came to US on 'A' employer's visa. Here I changed to Employer 'B'. Now I have the INS approval and I-94 for the new employer 'B' but the visa stamp is from the old emloyer 'A' and valid.

My question is if I have to go out of US, do I need to stamp visa for the employer 'B' before coming back to US.

Thanks for your reply.

No.

But make sure when you come back you get the I-94 time as per B's H1 approval notice.

To avoid this problem all together get it stamped in your home country or if you current visa is les than 60 days from expiry and you are not travelling inthe next 2-3 months ..get it revalidated in the USA.
