Employer change after taking appointment

I already have a Consulate appointment in India, where I have put my Petitioner's name (Company B) and Petition number. Now, I am going back to a previous employer (Company A) who is doing H-1 under Premium Process and I hope to get approval notice in 3 weeks or so. Can I yet go for the existing Consulate appointment, or should I take a new appointment? Since I will have only one or two pay-stubs from Company A and an approval notice, will this be a problem? I have pay-stubs for all my stay in US.
