Hi all,
I quit from my old job for more than 6 months ago. When I quit, my ex-employer told me that they will tell USCIS that I no longer work for them.
I'm originally from one of the country who needs to go through special registration in 2002, this means that USCIS should have all the data about me (especially my address) but until today I have not heard anything from USCIS. No letter, no surprising visit, nothing. My question:
is there a normal procedure that USCIS should do knowing that an employer cancel H1B? should they double check if the person really leave the country?
Thx.
