Hi, guys,

My employer is going to move to another location which is not far from where it is at right now. it is going to be about 10 blocks away from the current location. Do i have to inform to INS about employer's moving? ( it is the same employer.)

thanks

If you are in 485 stage you don't have to do any thing . They will send address change to DOL.

If your attorney sits in your company then he has to file G-28 form to give new address. (Because he moves to new address)

yes i am on I-485 state and have been waiting for14 months..

thank you Manumahai,

I-485

You do not need to inform INS for employer's move
as long as your home addree is same.
In my case employer changed place 3 times

In fact employer also changed name twice
and my laywer advised no need to change
inform INS as long as employer tax number
remains same

Hope this helps

Thanks
