I am currently on EAD and my EAD will expire in June2004. My wife is a greencard holder and she will complete 5 years of her stay in USA (on Green card) in June2004.
Is there anyway I can get work permit on my wife's greencard after my EAD expires next year ?
Unfortunately, I don't think you can. Since your wife is currently a permanent resident, you would need to obtain a valid visa based on your own merit.
