Employee Provident Fund (EPF) balance as an asset

Can I show my EPF balance as an asset during the interview which can be withdrawn within 2 weeks if visa is approved.

The money is available in Central Bank in my name and can be withdrawn either

- At the retirement at age 55 or

- When migrating to another country on permenant visa

- When leaving service on a permenant disability

and many other reasons

If savings can why shouldn't this money, as long as it is in your name or you can proof what your relation is to the money.
