Emergency travel - Visa Transfer in Process

Hello Friends,
I need some assistance in understanding how to deal with this problem. I need to travel to India within the next two or three days. The problem is that my H1 Transfer is in process and I have started working with the new company.

The visa stamp that I have from the old company, still has a valid expiration date.

Please let me know what I need to do so that I can go to India and come back to the US without having to deal with visa stamping issues.

Thanks,
D

---------------ask the company lawyer to upgrade H1 transfer with Premium processing so that they get the approval in 15-20 days and then send it you while you are in India and when you enter US at POE show valid Visa stamp(it does not matter if it is through past employer) AND H1 transfer approval Notice and you will get I-94 till H1 transfer approval notice (keep new employer letter letter and show only IF asked)

Hello and thank you for your repsonse to my earlier question.

What i have been able to uncover is that my company did do a premium processing but our HR Staff has not responded to a query. I am trying to see if they can get that answered soon and have it sent back to the consulate.

With this information in hand will I still need to receive my new I 797 to reenter the country.

Thanks,
D

---that is not my problem, may be did not file with Premium process

-------------approval notice should be sent to YOU by employer not to Consulate

--------------------YES, as you are going to work with new employer and your visa stamp has the name of your past employer
Thanks,
D
