For me, it is time to call emergency again.

if they are not ready to talk to you - make up some story to convey your emergency. i know it is not the most ethical thing to do - but hey they are playing with our lives - can't we do the same.

Well, they have talked very well with me, taken my contact info also and have been very co-operative.

I did not give any emergency except my first call.

Let see what happens in the next one. If it would need a story, so let it be. I agree with you, GC is no less than war and everything is fair in Love and War.
