Emergency Filing - AP

Is it possible to e-file for AP under emergency filing. I did read somewhere on USCIS that its not possible to e-file if it's emergency filing. Can someone confirm on this.

It says under Advance Parole, that is not required to file for I-131 if you have filed I-485 OR status adjust and is pending with USCIS.

That webpage is all messed up with contradicting information.

Can someone confirm on these. Also, what is the mailing address to file I-131. Is it the one with the Chicago address or for VSC filing, does it go to Vermont?

----------- The form I-131 is also for AP and also for RE ENTRY permit don’t get confused. if your I-485 is pending then you CAN file for Advance Parole. For emergency AP you need documentary proof of emergency and paper file it
