Emergency Appt on Visitor Visa for an Exam?

Hi,
I was wondering if I can get a emergency appointment for a visitor visa to US for an exam? The appointment dates are now in Oct but I need to give the exm by July end. I have already been to US on Visitor visa for three other exams and came back in time. At that time I did disclose it to the embassy that I want togo for exam and they put that on my visa also "for exams". I have another one that I need to take before starting to apply in Univ in Fall. Oct is too late. I would appreciate if someone can help answer my question.

All the three times Are you issued multiple entry visa or single entry visa.?
 
I only went once and gave all three exams at that time. SO this will be my second time I will go for the visa. And if I get it this time again I guess I will find out if it is single entry or multiple :)
 
That would depend on the consulate ur jurisdiction falls in. If its the chennai consulate, some slots do open around 4 p.m in the evening. Keep checking!!.Pls feel free to revert to any further queries at raji@karmlaw.com
