Emergency Appointment Issues

I am on the 7th year visa extension and planning to get the stamp this April at the Mumbai consulate. Since I am working in US, I believe I qualify for the emergency appointment but will my wife who is on H4 and will accompany me qualify for emergency appointment as well?
Do we schedule one appointment for both of us? or how does the process work for the spouse of H4?
Anyone got the stamp recently who knows about the wait time for emergency appts?

Emergency appointment for H1& h4

Hi neil_s25,
You can schedule an emergency appointment for you (H1) and for your spous(h4) at the same time. First add your data( DS156,DS157), then add your spouse info (DS156,DS157).

Hi,

How did you get an appointment. Did get a HDFC bank DD for appointment?.

2) will emergency appointement eligible for revalidation?. I mean who works in USA and get an appointment for stamping, can that person get an emergency appointment.

3) if it is so, then what are the document we need to provide.
