emergency appointment for H1 renewal

I am planning to visit India and get my H1 stamping in mid-Dec. Is there a way to request an appointment anywhere in India so soon?

According to VFS's website, there are emergency appointments avaialble for "H and L visa renewals for applicants who are already working in the U.S and are returning to their jobs." -

I am a H visa renewal candidate...does that justify an emergency appointment?
