Emergency AP application, HELP!

Hi all,
My I-140 got approved a couple month ago and now I'm ready to file 485(not concurrent). My wife has an emergency reason need to go back to her country. Is there any way that she can get her AP ASAP? Filing through VSC takes several months which is too long for her to wait. Thanks a lot for any idea and suggestion.

My I-140 got approved a couple months ago and now I'm ready to file 485(not concurrent). My wife has an emergency reason need to go back to her country.
--- She can file derivative I-485, EAD, AP while she is IN US. After that she can go to India. If you are still on H1 status and maintain H1 status you can also extend your H1 or 7th year H1 and she can enter USA with H4 Visa to US, She can also get new H4 Visa stamp from US consulate if her H4 Visa is going to expire AND you are on H1. She can also apply AP while she is IN US and APPROVED AP should be in her hands before she goes out of US if she wants to enter with AP. You have not posted your status unable to provide more info

Is there any way that she can get her AP ASAP?
----- She has to apply with service center and once she gets receipt of I-485 filing AND AP filing then she can try for Emergency AP from Local USCIS office and they will need evidence of emergency, it is up to local USCIS office if they approve emergency AP
Filing through VSC takes several months, which is too long for her to wait.
----- Many are waiting to get AP from VSC for 5-6 months and VSC will not consider your wife AP as special case
