emergency advance parole at california service center?

Hi,

Does anybody have experience obtaining an emergency advance parole at California service center? Pls let me know your experience - it would really help!

I had filed for my AP 3 months ago - it has not yet been approved. I need to travel in 3 to 4 days urgently to visit my mother who is in the hospital. The local center says they dont have my files and i need to talk to the CSC.

Want to know if I would be able to get the emergency AP if i visit the CSC. Would they give it in a day?

There was a similar case somewhere about three months ago on the forum. I remember that the guy went to Laguna Niguel and somehow talked them into giving him the AP. Try and find that message.

It's strange. Are you EBGC applicant? Friend of mine received emergency AP in San Jose a few months ago.
