Be prepared for this kind of answer (I got it from both senators):
please write to me by mail and sign your approval for me to use your wac and/or A numbers in my inquiries to CSC.
So spare yourself the time, go to their websites, get the address and write to them by hand. I asked my wife to write (woman-to-woman thing implied) and I included the fact that my kids are US citizens. We added our family photo and asked for help. We also included I-485 notice copies.
