Email notification on change of Last Updated ?

Yday my family EAD/AP last updated date has changed to 05/04/2004, but I didn’t get the email notification (email ON set) ,
Do we get email only when status changes ?
For any RFE will there be any change the message (status description) ?

what I have observed is, If something updated on case today, tomorrow morning you will get email.. May be something like night job runs to send emails.... ( not sure )..

This is my personal interpretation.....

In my case also i got e-mail next morning, however the e-mail said the same thing.... we have received... bla blah.... it is taking between 220 to 250 days blah..blah.

so case date updated may not really mean anything ..,

E-mails on Last Updated Date Change

You don’t get an e-mail when last updated date changes.
My AP/EAD dates changed from 4/30/2004 to 5/4/2004 and possibly it is due to checks the in cashed. No e-mails.

I Don’t get email till now
