Thank you for your quick reply.
Again I have been calling the NSCS from last 8 months. I HAVEN'T received any reply from any one. I can call again but it is not working.
Please advice me what else I can / have to do? Please understand it is really frustrating, waiting for over 2 years in 485 stage.
Thanks

As the below information says, you need to call NSCS and update your address and then have them resend your notices ...

Thank you for the reply.
The word "suspension" is making me nervous. I have received all of the documents before and also after July 3 2002. I have called them number of time and they have the correct address. I have also verified with them number of times. I have gone to the local INS office and verified the address. I am not sure what else I have to do.
I have been calling the nation customer service number from last 8 months to help me out. I could not get any thing done.
Please please help me how to proceed further. We do not have direct contact with any of the service centers as you may know.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for your time.

According to our Case Status Online, at:
https://egov.immigration.gov/graphics/cris/jsps/caseStat.jsp
you case is in suspension because of lack of correct address. Please write to THEM with the corrected address .

Hello,
I filed for my adjustment of status (I-485) with the California Service Center BCIS on 11.10.2001.
I have heard nothing from BCIS on my application. It has been over 23 months now.
Can you please inquire and expedite or let me know if any thing missing with the case?
It has been really frustrating and horrible. It seems like life in hold.
