eligible for EB2?

I have two associate degrees and 8 years of experience.
I have a certificate from USCIS recognized firm which states my 3 years of work exp and 4 years of associate equals to 4 years of Bachelors degree.
Now I have 5 years of experience on top of all that in USA.
Can I qualify for EB2?
Please help me out here. I am in hurry to file my PERM. thanks .....

In my opinion its risky for EB-2 as for Eb-2 mostly at I-140 stage they are either looking for 4year degree OR 3 (bs)+ 3(ms) degrees.

Always there is BUT you never know.
