Hi Guys,

First time posting since I got my LPR on 07/17/2005. That being said, what exactly date am I eligible to file for application? What does that mean...does that mean postage date should be 90 days before my 3 years of LPR? I've marrriage to US Born spouse based LPR. Also, I've all docs ready. Do I have to put them in order? Some basic questions. Thank you all.;)

It means you may apply up to 90 days before the 3 year anniversary of your LPR status issuance provided you have met all other requirements.
