Eligibility to do Masters degree in H4 visa

Hi,
I'm currently on H4 visa.
My husband is on H1.
I wish to do a MS online from an university in Baltimore.
I donot intend to work and earn any form of aid while on H4.

1.Is it possible to graduate while staying on H4.
2.Will there be any immigration issues in future if I earn a degree while on H4 ?
