Eight months left on Second H1 and stamping In India

Hi,
One of friends who is currently on extended H1, is going to India, after 5 years, would like get stamped in India, Delhi. He left with 8 months on the H1, what are all the things he need to carry for getting it stamped in India, do you think there will be problems if so of what kind? (He is carrying pay stubs, letter from employer, w2, credit card bills, etc., )

----- he should also take copy of certified LCA and form I-129( it is with lawyer who filed H1 with USCIS) recent pay stubs, employer letter,tax papers, H1 approval notice AND these days they can ask anything. if he was paid less wages than LCA or have been sitting on BENCH or TABLE let the employer explain why they paid less than LCA, siiting or standing on BENCH OR TABLE is NOT allowed.

Same things as going for any H1 stamping. The fact that 8 mos. are remaing in the 6 year period should not be a problem.

Y.T. got it stamped 6 mos. before. Although had to go for the interview, (and still do not know why)
