Efiling of 765 - Help

I am planning to apply EAD through efiling.

Could anyone help me with the following details. I called customer service but they told that they dont know.

1. What should I put under Current Immigration Status? There is a whole list of options but could not find AOS.

2. Under payment information what should be the Bank Statement address be? Should it be my address or the bank address ?

3. What should I write under "Please provide information concerning your eligibility status"....

Guys could anyone who has efiled please help me with the answers.

I just filed mine yesterday...yes I too phoned BCIS - totally useless on the same questions.

I am on an H1B so that's what I put on that one.

For bank statement address, I had the same question too...it's your address (where your bank statement is sent to)

In the dialogue box for Please provide current info...I stated "Approved I-140 and Pending I-485, gave the wac # for my 485 as well as notice and receipt dates.


Also I phoned to get my appointment for FP and photo, you have to wait like 45 min on hold, but managed to get an appointment for next Friday in Santa Ana.....could have got it earlier but wanted friday, so that was quick

follow up:

Just about fell over today, checked the mail and surprised to see I received the "Notice of Action" for the I-765. I just E-filed this on the 28th and I received this on the 30th.

One could only wish that GC processing was this quick.

It also says processing time is approximately 80 days from the date of this receipt notice.

Checked online it says processing time is between 120-140 days - go figure.
