Efiled EAD but not able to schedule Appointment.

Hi my wife Efiled her EAD renewal.She was asked to call a 1-800 number to schedule appointment for her photo and FP.We are calling that number for past 4 days but no appointment is available yet.They askedus to call back 8.00 AM , they take all details and finally thry say "No appointment available now , call back tomm. 8 AM".
I am worried and frustrated.Is there any suggestion for a way out of this problem...

I had the same issue when I efiled on August 9th. I live in Northern Virginia, so my ASC is Alexandria which doesnt have appointments available for next 42 days and they dont give appointments after 42 days.So I requested them fo an appointment at any of the nearby ASCs in 200 miles radius and got in Pittsburgh for today. You can try for either Phyladelphia(as of August 10th, they have appt in September 23rd) or Pittsburgh(you can get as early as next week).

You can try walk-in to your near ASC location. Generally they will accept and they don't ask that you have appointment or not after you show your printed receipt from online. In my case walk-in accepted. Worth trying.
