I have efiled EAD for me and My spouse last week and even received FP notice .
Can anyone tell me do we need to send the supporting documents
by ourself or wait till we get letter from USCIS.

I called USCIS , i got different replies from 2 Representatives.

So i am confused. If i need to send documents what all we need to send.

Thanks in advance.

You have to wait for the fingerprinting letter ( if you efiled), but mail your supporting docs . Have done 3eads and always do that and get it approved.

Copy of 485 receipt, 2 photos, passport visa copy and I-94.
You have to send them proactively.
If you fail to send you'll receive RFE

My 4th efiled EAD got approved this weekend in 60 days.
Here's the copies that I sent

- Copy of the Confirmation Receipt notice
- Copy of Current EAD (Front & Back)
- Online Status of my I485 receipt
- Online Status of I-140 Approval Petition
- Copy of Passport (which has Bio-graphic data)
- Copy of Drivers License (Front & Back)

I have never sent picture id since they do biometrics and I have never had a problem. I know a couple of efilers had a RFE for pictures. Its upto you if you want to send it or not.

Just double check the A# on your biometrics appointment letter. My A# was wrong and it was corrected at the ASC center. If they scan in the wrong A# then your biometrics will not be counted against your EAD application. Gooduck.

Dear All:

Whether your citizenship has finally been approved, your case is pending or you are getting started, you know the need for reform in the stalling process that can take for years. Many of you are already aware of the "Citizenship Promotion Act" introduced by Senator Obama on March 7, 07. This bill limits the increase in the immigration fees, but most importantly delineates time frames for FBI name check, which has a backlog of 300,000 and are reviewing cases "manually". I have started a petition in support of the bill. Please be informed that the bill also supports applicants of permanent residency in their name check process as well. WE ALL NEED TO SIGN IT AND ALSO PASS IT ON TO ALL OF THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN ENTANGLED BY THE OVERDUE IMMIGRATION PROCESSES. THE MORE SIGNATURES WE HAVE, THE MORE WE WILL BE ABLE TO OBTAIN ADVOCACY FOR THE BILL BY THE CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS.

PLEASE SIGN AND PASS FORWARD FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO SEE.
