Effect on Labor certification on moving

I have moved from California to Idaho. My employer had applied for LC in California. Since I moved to Idaho (still with same employer), I had to ammend my H1 regarding move. Will this have any effect on Labour Certification?

I have started my processing in August 2001 and right now application is in DOL for approval.

Same thing is happening with me. Here is what I have gathered so far.

My LC application is pending at DOL, SF and my job location is being moved to Dallas, TX.

As per company's attorney, LC is location specific and I'll have to start all over again from Dallas. Because, they say, I140/I485 are filed for future employment. Person has to be in place at the time of approval from where his I485 is filed.

Generally consulting companies do mention 'different possible job locations' while filing for LC. If that is the case, you may be fine.

This is what I have gathered so far. Any expert advise/comments are welcomed.
