Effect on (EB2) I-485 cases with RFE after Oct 1st

Hello all,

I am starting a new thread for people who had got I-485 RFE and responded before the retro date Oct 1st and still awaiting approvals. Pls post your case here to see the trend.

Sorry to say this, but it doesn't matter that you replied before October 1st. They can only hit the approved button on your case only if there is visas available. As of October 1st, there is no visas available; therefore, your case won't be approved soon :( I'm assuming you are from India or China and your priority date is not current ofcourse.

so how long would it be typically before the dates atleast come back to wwhere it wass... June 2002.
