Will the retrogression in visa numbers affect 485 petitions that are already pending. My 485 has been pending for over 2 years now!! I am in my 3rd EAD
Yes it effects all I-485's from retrogressed catagories. Unless there is a visa available and your Priority date is current they do not ajudicate the I-485.
