effect of foreclosure on future visa application

All,

Does anyone know if a home foreclosure effects future US visa application in either the L B1 or H1-B category?

Basically I will be leaving US to go to India and probably foreclosing on my home. What I would like to know is say that couple of years I need to visit the US on work/business purpose, will my foreclosure status effect my visa application?

Any response would be highly appreciated.
