Educational Sponsership to UK

Hi Guys

I want to provide financial support to my brother-in-law for his higher studies in UK. Last month he applied for sutdent visa to UK due to insufficent funds it got revoked. In order to give him my financial support, what are the documents i have to send him.
Please give me your advice on this matter.
