Educational evaluation -Unique case

I need to get my educational eval done for my GC

in the current scenario for my h1 my education was evaluated to
12+4 equivalent to B.S

however my case is that I did 12(H.S.C) + 1 year (B.Sc.) and then
moved on to 4 years B.E. (all from mumbai university)

I also have 1+ yr diploma in computers from NIIT

Is there a way i can accomodate this one year B.Sc and the diploma
to beef up my evaluation from B.S to Something else or Masters.

Please Suggest me a good place to get my educational eval done
and any ideas on the above.

I think the one year BSc will be useful in getting credits for your Master
but I don't think your educational evaluation can be tweaked to beef up
your GC process.

You will still be using 12+4 since your 1 year BSc is incomplete and will not
be taken up as a degree OR part of a degree.
