Education/work experience evaluation problem

Dear all,
I am working on getting H1 visa, I have found a company that will sponsor my visa and got lawyer to take care for the rest of the stuff. But i have problem with work/education evaluation . The problem with me is that I have a high school , 11 years of IT experience and a lot of IT certification including official Microsoft Trainer. I have contacted one company who is dealing with evaluation and they told i must have 12 years work experience to get us bachelor degree equivalent . My question is do somebody have experience with combining work experience + it certification ?i lack only 10 months of experience to get us bachelor degree equivalent. is it possible to fill this 10 mounts with all my certification from microsoft cisco ( around 20 certifications) ? can you suggest me some evaluation companies so i can contact them .

-------------It seems that you are paying the Lawyer fees and H1 Petition Fees and the employer does not have real job for you. if the employer has real job then the USCIS fee and Lawyers fees must be paid by Employer.
