I have following qualification and experience

AMIE (Computer Science) passed in 2006
Passed my diploma in 1994 and have around 10yrs experience in computer industry in different roles ranging from programmer - project manager

What are the documents i require to prove my credentials for H1B and Is there any credential evaluation need to be done for the same?
