Dear friends:
I am sure others may have this situtation ...my issue is my son is studying in India and because of that my wife has to stay there along with him. I don't know if there is any provision to get exemption to waive the continiuos stay in US for my wife and son at least for for another year...
They stayed here in US for six and half month this year...Is this sufficient for this year and they will come to US in March after school vacation in India...and they will stay until vacation complete...I don't know if that is sufficient or How can i get permission to get exemption....
Any one has done this before.....
Any ideas or methods or suggestion to overcome this situtation is appricated.
