You mentioned in your earlier reply on 27th Sep that a LC can have only experience requirements. Do you have any detail info on it ? Do you know
anybody whose LC has only experience requirements and the I-140 has approved based on that LC ? Please let me know.

In India, you can take different combination of subjects to study 3 year
bachelors degree in Science. You need to take one subject as Honours (similar to major in US). You can take Computer Science/Applications
but it is not mandetory. It depends upon university to university.

Need help understanding

If I am getting an approved labor - the company is willing to file a labor substituition.

What is the process - to move forward. Do I need to wait for the Substitution to file 140 + 485

or
Can I file the sub+ 140+ 485 togther - this would be for TSC.

or

DO I have to file the Sub + 140 and wai til the Sub approvla comes back to file 485.

How long does a subtituition take?

Any help from this experienced and informed group will be appreciated.
