Hi There. Recently I have received educational re-evaluation query on on my I-140. I hv 3 yr degree and I year computer diploma from an Institute in India. My lawyer spoke to Trusteforte company and they are saying that my diploma institute is non accredited and they can not re-evaluate on that. Does anybody got into this situation. I am in deep trouble pl advise.. Thanks in advance.

Recently also one of my friends got from Trustforte as Master of Science in Computer Science, as his degree is M.Sc.(Computers).
Don't tell any thing about your background call them and take the address and send the documents with a fees of around $100.00. You will get it in 4 days.

I have one more question. I also studied two years of my Post Graduate Degree MCA (which is 3 years) and came to USA without finishing it. My question is can I evaluate my INCOMPLETE degree along with my BS degree(3 yr) + 1yr diploma? Any body pl answer this. Thanks in advance.

They will consider your course work. Because you did not finish the MCA, you are not eligible for equivalent to Masters. But the course work may helpful in getting the equivalent to Bachelors in CS.
Anyhow you have filed in EB3, if you get the evaluation, equal to Bachelors in CS, you will get the approval.

As far as I know they definitely consider the diplomas from NIIT, and APTECH.
Mine is from a very small Local Institute. When they consider that, your NIIT should be considered 100%.
You should get your approval anytime.
By the way, did you enclose the Education Evaluation with your I-140?

I would like to share my ongoing experience. As mentioned I have Bsc + NIIT dip. Lawyer submitted same eval which was done for H1B. That was done by some vague company. Got RFE saying functional equvalence for H1 is not same as for GC. Am getting reevaled by Trustforte this time and will be submitting response shortly (lawyer may have - am waiting for reply).

Do we always need a NEW evaluation instead of the old one used for H1 years ago? I mean the contents of a new eval and an old eval should be the same.
