Education Evaluation for EB-1a and H1-B.

I am going to do education evaluation for EB-1 (ea). My employer has done such evaluation when they submitted the H1-B petition before. I heard that if these two evaluations are different even a little, it will be very bad for the EB-1 application. Should people use the same education evaluation report for both H1-B and Eb-1? Has somebody got a similar experience?
Please give me any suggestion.

In my opinion the education evaluation may not be of much help to support the EB1/EA petition. The approval would depend on what your accomplishments are and how well you meet the criteria that the INS uses to approve these cases.
