I came across your message and found your educational patteren is same as mine ( 12+3+3) . I did my B.Sc.(PHY) and Post Grad B.Sc.(Tech) . I have 4 yrs Indian and 6 years US experiance in the same field.
Soon I am going to file my I140. Let me know what happened with your I140. If it went through, let me know where you did your educational evaluation for I140 filing.
