Economic Reason For Denial

Hi,

According to the EAD application form, there are at least two possible reasons for which an EAD could be denied:

1. Failing to establish eligibility.
2. Failing to establish economic necessity.

Is it possible for people to get EADs in this economic climate by bypassing those reasons???? Especially no. 2 is scary.

unless you specify on what basis you are applying it is difficult to answer. family based EAD has a different weightage, employment based different requirements...
