For what I know, and what the Visa Bulletin says EB-4 should be "current". But I don't really believe those processing times. Just cuirous, ANYONE EB-3 from a non-retrogression-affected country recently received I-485 approval at Nebraska?? I barely see anyone EB-3 approved there.. How about the visa cap, was it reached for this year?
