My PD is March 99. I-485 ND Jan 00. FP 04/01. No RFE.

I called up INS and they told me my application is been processed and on hold for visa availability. I asked them again to make sure my processing is all complete and they said yes. Did any of you heard the same. I\'m from India. EB3

Yes I got the same answer But I got RFE in October 2000.

the interesting thing here is that "pry" has an ND of Jan 2001. We have only seen Jan/Feb cases posted by EB2\'s.
