EB3 waiters with PD 9/97 and RD 8/99, ND 10/99

My PD is 10/97, NSC India EB3. RD and ND are 9/99 and 10/99. I had called IIO officer couple of days ago. She said that they are processing 8/99 cases. I told her that NSC is dealing with cases with RD & ND around march 2000. She says thats what her info on the screen is. She told me that my case will take a month and she told me that I can get a better picture after a month. her info was not helpful to me.
Hope what she says comes true and we all who are struck in between will be done in a month

Mine is EB3, India, PD 1/98, RD - 8/12/99, ND - 10/4/99, FP - 6/23/00. I became current in April. NSC is approving a lot
of 2000 ND\'s but very few 99 ones. As per Myladoor\'s tracker there are 41 approvals from NSC in April,
out of which only 8 are 99 ND approvals. Hope it gets to our apps. soon

When I talked to IIO. She said that they moved my file from the shelf to working area but it\'s still not assigned to officer. I am not sure how long it will take it to assign my case to an officer.
Does anyone has a knowledge on how long it will take to assign my case to an officer?
