EB3 visa numbers for INDIA...?

Gurus,

Does anybody know/guess how many visa numbers are they going to allocate for INDIA on octobet 1st. I am just wondering whether they would allocate visa numbers at all for INDIA for the next year( October 1st).

Every country gets 7% of the total EB quota (about 25,000+ visas) each year.
So they will allocate numbers for India and others - but depending on the severity of the backlog, the cutoff PD may not move by much.
I think, in the worst case, PD cutoff would move up by atleast 4 to 6 months next year (FY06).

Lets just wait and see ......
