I came across the bad news about the unavailibity of EB3 from now on. That's really sucks. I used pre-approved labour under EB3 and got I-140, but now my own labor had been approved few weeks back which is under EB2. That bas news forces me to consider filing another I-140 under my own labor. Can I do that? Whatelse should be done after the 2nd I-140 approved to subsitute pending I-485?
