The biggest delay in processing was due to the INS moving the "EB3 Trash" backlog of previous years to current.
 
Sorry, not going for it, sweety. Besides, we Eebee Ones could say the same thing about you stinking EB2 pieces of offal.
 
jf77rkz6 belongs in the trash category. Serious negative energy here, evil vibes coming through. Bad karma.
 
I got two friends with EB4...

and I know for a fact that their cases have delayed about 10 EB1 AOS's, as 4 IIOs pondered those two EB4, which, after all, got approved last month.
 
Very unfortunate

It is sad to see some EB2 jerks like jf77rkz6 having such hatred towards the less fortunate EB3 immigrants. If these are the sentiments towards fellow immigrants why blame the Americans or other racial groups who hate immigrants for taking their jobs in a bad economy
