I was with company A for 4 years than move to company B and completed about 2 years now. With company A I had I-140 Approve under EB3 category and now since I have more than 5 years of US experience (4 Years with comp A and 2 years with company B) and US Bachelors degree, Can I go back to company A and file GC under EB2 category? Is there a way I can port the priority date from EB3 to EB2 without going through PERM process again? Will the 4 year that I worked on company A counted towards my experience if I go back to them?
